Inspired by the beasts – both mythical and realm that roam the Sussex Weald and that have helped to establish the intricate ecology of the woodlands we love so much.

In this print we celebrate – the colourful Jay that plants the acorns, the wild Boar that feasts on acorns and helps to root up the forest floor, the Oak Gall Wasp that lays it’s egg in the acorn and helps produce the galls that we dye our fabric with and finally the legendary Stag that is returning to our woodlands.
