At Sarah Burns Patterns we believe in using natural processes that are kind to the environment and reflect the beauty of nature and the world around us. We use natural dyes, water based inks and 100 percent natural linen. Sarah Burns Patterns believe that we should only have things in our home, which are kind and beautiful to us and to the planet.

We worked with madder & cutch & iron and printed with all kinds of things - car mats, carrot tops & butter pats…thank you to everyone who came along and most especially for your wonderful collaborative spirit which made the workshop so much fun & so productive.

We’re really honoured to be included in this wonderful roll call of pioneering British makers like - @alisoncrowther @allysonmcdermott_studios @rushmatters @aimeebetts @loraavedian @londonclothco and many many others who inspire us everyday with their commitment to their craft.

This is such a fabulous book cataloguing everything from Harris tweed to silk weaving to iron work - get yourself a copy or come along to the show at the Garrison Chapel in Chelsea.

We’ll be showing a naturally dyed & block printed fabric length and all proceeds from the show will go to the amazing work of The Princes Foundation
