We are delighted to offer this organic calico hanging, handprinted with foraged oak galls, mud from the River Adur and dyed with indigo and cutch in our Sussex workshop.
Green Man is inspired by the medieval Green Man carved into the beams of our Post Office in Steyning. This ancient carving celebrates the spring and new life!
This collection of individual hangings are made from particular muds and natural dyes. Each piece is a one off creation, the production of a particular time, place & season. Variety and inconsistency are an essential part of how we make our work and one we hope you will love.
Handmade with sewn edges and hung from a short piece of natural wooden dowling.
